Spatter-Free MIG Welding
In pulsed arc welding, a droplet must break off from the wire during each pulse and enter the weld pool without causing a short circuit. This feature provides the advantage of spatter-free welding. Although spatter generated during welding depends on many variables, PULSE technology—which eliminates the short-circuit arc, one of the main causes of spatter—allows us to achieve cleaner surfaces.
