Askaynak SuperMIG 355 SP Synergic Pulse MIG Welding Machine

The domestically produced Askaynak SuperMIG 355 delivers excellent results in the high-quality welding of low-carbon structural steels used in general manufacturing and construction. It enables you to achieve flawless weld beads through continuous welding with 0.8–1.2 mm steel wires and 1.2 mm cored wires, and allows for welding with CO2 gas without spatter issues.

• Thanks to the machine’s synergic mode, you only need to adjust the wire feed speed via the wire feed unit; the voltage is automatically provided by the machine.
• Thanks to the adjustable inductance feature, the risk of spatter and slag formation is minimized, and arc stability is improved.
• 2T/4T trigger mode.
• The soft start feature facilitates arc initiation at the beginning of the welding process, while the soft stop feature prevents crater formation at the end of the welding process.
• Back-burn control ensures that the welding wire exiting the contact tip is the appropriate length the moment your welding process ends and does not stick to the contact tip after welding.
• Pre-gas and post-gas durations are adjustable. This ensures a smooth start at the beginning of welding and ideal gas protection at the end of the weld within the set time.
• Arc Force and Hot Start features (in MMA mode).
• It also offers memory features such as saving and recalling welding parameters. Up to 4 programs can be stored in its memory.
• Two digital displays for welding current and welding voltage.
• Thermal protection circuit and a warning light for thermal overloads.
