RG-XZ Series – Dual Robot X–Z Gantry System

This is an industrial gantry system developed to position two separate robots or two separate process heads in such a way as to provide high flexibility, a wide reach, and efficient operation on long workpieces.

The system consists of an X-axis, which enables movement along the main support beam, and a Z-axis located on each carrier unit. Thanks to this design, both robots or process units can reach different work zones along the line and, at the same time, can be positioned along the vertical axis to access welding or processing points at different heights.

Having two carrier units on the same system provides significant advantages in terms of simultaneous operation on two different sections of long parts, reduced cycle time, and increased robot access. Depending on the application, both units can be operated independently or synchronized to perform a common process.
