HRSL Series – Heavy Duty Robotic Slider

This system was developed to move heavy robots, positioners, process equipment, or specialized carrier assemblies along a linear axis in a precise and controlled manner.

The system consists of a high-rigidity welded steel frame, a heavy-duty linear guide structure, a high-load-capacity drive system, and an industrial carrier carriage assembly. This ensures that large and heavy equipment can move along the long axis in a stable, safe, and repeatable manner.

The series is particularly suitable for use in large robotic welding systems, heavy process equipment, long-line applications, and high-load automation solutions. Thanks to its heavy-duty construction, the system offers high positioning stability even under dynamic loads.

This series can be configured with a load capacity ranging from a minimum of 3,000 kg to a maximum of 10,000 kg. It can be customized with different axis lengths, drive configurations, and carrier platform dimensions depending on the application.
