This modular automation solution extends the robotic welding process to a wide working area for the production of ship panels, flat blocks, bulkheads, decks, and large-scale welded structures.
The gantry-type carrier structure moves along the production area, providing access to different sections of large workpieces. The system can be designed to integrate robotic welding equipment, sensor systems, welding power units, an operator platform, and process control equipment onto a single mechanical platform.
