G2 X+Z Series – 2 Axis Gantry System

The G2-XZ Series is an industrial gantry system developed for the precise and controlled positioning of robots, welding heads, or process equipment along two linear axes.

The system consists of a longitudinal X-axis mounted on the floor and a Z-axis that operates on a vertical column. While the X-axis enables the gantry system to move along the production line, the Z-axis adjusts the working height of the process equipment, providing access to different part geometries and welding levels.

The 2-Axis Gantry System significantly expands the robot’s working area in robotic welding, cutting, grinding, and other process applications—particularly for long chassis, trailer structures, railcar parts, heavy-duty welded structures, large machine bodies, and workpieces with wide surfaces.
