Cradle-Type Positioner Series

It was developed to ensure the precise, safe, and controlled positioning of long, bulky workpieces that generate relatively high torque during welding, assembly, and fixturing operations.

Thanks to the cradle-type main body mounted between the rigid support columns on both sides, the workpiece is supported in a balanced manner and rotated stably throughout the process. The system ensures the workpiece is positioned in the optimal working position, thereby improving welding accessibility, enhancing operator ergonomics, and supporting the repeatability of production quality.

Thanks to its high-rigidity welded steel construction, heavy-duty bearing system, and industrial drive infrastructure, the series can be integrated into manual, semi-automatic, and robotic production lines. It is a particularly suitable solution for long structural parts, chassis assemblies, welded frames, and parts requiring special fixtures.
