DCP Series – Double Column Positioner

This is a heavy-duty positioner series developed to enable the controlled and precise positioning of large and heavy workpieces in two axes during welding, assembly, and fixturing operations.

Thanks to the dual-column support structure, loads on the main tilt axis are supported from both sides, ensuring high mechanical rigidity against high bending and overturning moments. The main support body located between the columns allows the workpiece to be tilted, while the independent rotary table mounted on it enables the workpiece to be rotated in a controlled manner around its own axis.

Thanks to heavy-duty bearings, a high-torque drive system, and a rigid welded steel construction, the series can be configured with a nominal load capacity of up to 10,000 kg.
