DSIP Series – Dual Station Indexing Positioner

This is a dual-station positioning system developed for robotic welding, assembly, and automation applications to reduce production cycle time and separate the operator’s and robot’s work areas.

The system consists of two independent work stations positioned around a central indexing axis. While the robotic process is underway at one station, the operator can perform part loading, unloading, or fixturing operations at the other station. Once the indexing movement is complete, the stations swap positions in a controlled manner, ensuring a seamless production flow.

The series can be configured with a payload capacity of up to 500 kg depending on the application and is designed to work fully integrated with robots, PLCs, and cell safety systems.
