RTS Series – Rotary Table System

This compact rotary table system was developed to rotate workpieces in a controlled and repeatable manner for welding, assembly, fixturing, and robotic automation applications.

Thanks to its large work table, different product geometries and custom fixtures can be easily adapted to the system. The rigid-welded main frame, industrial bearing system, and precision drive infrastructure ensure high mechanical stability and positional repeatability during rotation.

The additional equipment mounting area on the common frame allows for the integration of robots, fixtures, or process equipment into the system. This design enables the creation of a compact and modular automation solution while maintaining the mechanical reference between the rotary table and the process equipment.
