HBP Series – Hollow Bore Positioner

It was developed to enable the precise and controlled rotation of pipes, cylindrical bodies, flanges, rings, and long structural components during welding, assembly, and fixturing operations.

The ring-type rotary structure, featuring a large center passage diameter, allows the workpiece to be passed through the positioner’s center, providing significant advantages—particularly in the fixturing of long and axial parts. This enables the creation of a more compact and rigid working setup by passing the part through the system rather than simply attaching it to the front flange.

The system is particularly suitable for pipe and tube constructions, circular welds, flanged parts, tanks and cylindrical bodies, ring-shaped parts, and long-welded fabrications.
