It was developed to ensure the safe, controlled, and precise positioning of long and heavy workpieces during welding, assembly, and fixturing operations.
The system can accommodate different workpiece lengths with an adjustable wing span ranging from 2,500 mm to 5,000 mm. Depending on the application, the series can be configured with a load capacity ranging from 500 kg to 3,000 kg.
Suitable for integration into manual, semi-automatic, and robotic production lines, this positioner series enhances production ergonomics, improves welding access, and supports process repeatability.
