Headstock & Tailstock Positioner with Robotic Slider Serisi

It was developed to precisely rotate workpieces of various lengths during welding operations and, at the same time, to increase welding access by enabling the robot to move along the length of the workpiece.

The system consists of fixed-position headstock and tailstock positioning towers, along with a robotic slider unit positioned at the rear of this structure. While the workpiece is rotated safely and under control on the positioner, the robot moves linearly along the slider, enabling access to the entire length of long workpieces. This design provides significant convenience, particularly in the welding of long chassis, profiles, pipes, and structural components.

The fixed positioner towers ensure high rigidity and stability in the mechanical structure, while the robotic slider system expands the robot’s working range, enabling the processing of longer parts at a single station. This increases production flexibility, improves welding access, and boosts process efficiency for long parts.
