PRODUCT DESCRIPTION PRODUCT REVIEWS

This is a basic-type coated electrode with a nickel-based, Cr-Mo-Nb alloy composition and an austenitic microstructure, which can be used in any position, including overhead (4G/PE) and vertical
(3G/PF, 5G/PH) positions. It is used for joining dissimilar metals, nickel alloys (Inconel 600, Incoloy
800, Hastelloy, Nichrome), steels containing 5–9% nickel, and copper alloys in both joining
and filler welding applications. It is ideal for joining thick-section components with multi-pass welds. The weld exhibits high resistance to cracking even under the influence of intense dynamic stresses.
At very high operating temperatures (up to 1200°C), it exhibits high resistance to oxidation, carburization,
corrosion (intergranular corrosion, pitting, stress corrosion, and
hot cracking. It provides high toughness even in cryogenic environments with very low temperatures, such as
–196°C. It has a very high elongation ratio of 42–44%.

Tensile Strength: 75–77 kg/mm²
Yield Strength: 49–51 kg/mm²
Elongation (L=5d): 42–44%
Impact Strength: 90 J (–196 °C)
