KOBATEK 382 Steel Electrode 2.50 mm × 350, 5 kg package
It has been developed specifically for maintenance and repair welding applications. It is used in the joining and filler welding of low- and high-alloyed steel, high-carbon steel, tool steel, high-speed steel, steel with high manganese content, and high-strength steels of unknown chemical composition, as well as steels with low weldability. It is used in the joining and filler welding of steels with low weldability. It has a "Cr-Ni" ferritic-austenitic structure.
steels with unknown chemical composition, and steels with poor weldability in joining and filler welding
operations.
It has a “Cr-Ni” ferritic+austenitic structure, and the hardness of the resulting stainless filler metal
increases under impact. In multi-pass applications, care must be taken to ensure that the interpass temperature does not exceed 375°C. Caution is advised when using it in environments where the operating temperature is continuously 375°C or higher. The slag formed after welding
peels off easily on its own.
Tensile Strength: 80–86 kg/mm²
Yield Strength: 64–66 kg/mm²
Elongation (L=5d): 20–25%
Hardness: 220–260 HB
