Thanks to the “Cr-Mo-W and V” in its composition, it provides a filler metal with a high-speed steel structure that does not lose its hardness, especially at operating temperatures up to 500°C, and offers high resistance to impact and pressure.
The technical and mechanical properties of the weld metal can be modified through heat treatment.
Thanks to the precisely adjusted combination of the “Cr-Mo-W and V” elements in its alloy,
the resulting filler metal exhibits, on average,
significantly higher wear resistance than the base metal.
It enables the welding of hard or hardened metals even when low preheating temperatures are applied.

Hardness: 57–60 HRC (post-weld)
Hardening: 65 HRC (after double tempering)
