A hard-facing gas-shielded welding wire that provides a filler metal resistant to high-intensity impact and pressure as well as moderate wear. The weld metal is a Cr-Mo alloy and can be machined using mechanical methods. It provides excellent resistance, particularly against metal-to-metal wear. The weld metal has high resistance to cracking and exhibits high resistance in sulfur-containing environments.
Hardness: 337–372 HB
: 36–40 HRC
Operating Temperature: 500 °C
Preheating Temperature: 200 °C
Post-welding Temperature: 660 °C
