KOBATEK T-365 HARD-CORE, NON-GAS-SHIELDED WELDING WIRE, 1.60 MM, 15 Kg REEL
It is used specifically in austenitic manganese steels containing 12–14% Mn, as well as in low- and high-alloyed steels and carbon steels, for buffer filler and joining operations prior to hard facing.
It produces a high-alloy “Cr-Mn” stainless filler metal. It exhibits high resistance to severe impact and pressure, as well as high crack resistance.
It produces a high-alloy “Cr-Mn” stainless steel filler metal. It exhibits high resistance to severe impact and
pressure, as well as high crack resistance.
When welding austenitic manganese steels containing 12–14% Mn, care must be taken to ensure that the workpiece temperature does not exceed 250°C; cold welding should be performed.
The welding metal cannot be cut using an oxy-fuel cutting method. During welding,
the use of shielding gas is not required.
