Due to the dispersion of the hard complex carbides it contains, it produces a filler metal with particularly high hardness and wear resistance. As a result, it delivers superior performance compared to a standard carbide structure. Optimal properties are achieved through a three-layer structure.
Properties
- In addition to resistance to high abrasion and impact conditions, it withstands operating temperatures up to 600°C. It cannot be cut using flame cutting methods.
- The resulting hard cladding metal can only be machined by grinding. No shielding gas is required during welding.
