A hard-facing gas-shielded welding wire that provides a martensitic-structured filler metal resistant to severe abrasive wear accompanied by impact. The welding metal has a Cr-Si composition and, unless subjected to any annealing heat treatment, can only be machined by grinding. It provides excellent resistance to metal-to-metal wear.
Hardness: 550–620 HB
: 55–60 HRC
Operating Temperature: 550 °C
Preheating Temperature: 250 °C
Final Annealing Temperature: 700 °C
Annealing Heat Treatment: 780–820 °C
Hardening Heat Treatment: 1000–1050 °C
