A hard-facing gas-shielded welding wire that produces a martensitic-structured filler metal resistant to severe abrasion combined with moderate impact.
The base metal has a Cr-Mo-W-V composition and can only be machined by grinding. The weld metal has a Cr-Mo-W-V composition and can only be machined by grinding.
Hardness: 558–620 HB
: 57–60 HRC
Operating Temperature: 550 °C
Preheating Temperature: 300 °C
Post-weld Heat Treatment Temperature: 680 °C
