POWERPLUS™ 1000HD is designed for constant current (CC) and constant voltage (CV) submerged arc welding applications.
A stable welding arc is achieved across a wide range of parameters, and the output
value can be precisely controlled. When used in conjunction with the Lincoln Electric
Rover™ Tractor, the power unit forms a robust and powerful
automatic welding system.

The PowerPlus
1000HD is an excellent welding machine designed not only for semi-automatic and automatic MIG/MAG, flux-cored wire, and submerged arc welding applications, but also for carbon cutting and grooving operations.

It is used in many industries, primarily in the shipbuilding industry, wind turbine tower manufacturing, and pressure vessel manufacturing.

The Rover Tractor is a self-propelled, automatic welding tractor—sold separately—designed for submerged arc welding.
