Luchs 312L Stainless Steel MIG Welding Wire, 1.20 m, 12.5 kg
This TIG welding wire produces an austenitic-ferritic stainless steel weld metal and is used for welding different types of steel and for applying buffer layers on ferritic steels. Due to its high crack resistance and toughness, it is suitable for welding steels with low weldability and for applying stress-relief interlayers on parts prone to cracking. The weld metal is resistant to carbonization up to 1100°C. It is used specifically for crack repair and filling of hard-to-weld tool and die steels, gear repair, applying buffer layers to cutting blades, and removing broken bolts. It is also suitable for welding galvanized sheet metal and profiles.
