Luchs 430 Stainless Steel TIG Welding Wire, 2.00 mm, 5 kg
Grade 430 stainless steel is a low-carbon, chromium-containing stainless steel that belongs to the ferritic class in terms of its properties. The weldability of Grade 430 stainless steel is limited. On the other hand, since 430 stainless steels do not contain nickel or molybdenum, they are more cost-effective than 300 series stainless steels. Stainless steels of this grade provide a good surface finish in the materials in which they are used. Since 430-grade stainless steel does not contain nickel, it can be magnetized. 430-grade stainless steel is also known as 1.4016 stainless steel.
