- It operates on 3-phase 400 V, 50/60 Hz utility voltage and generators, and tolerates voltage fluctuations of up to 15%.
- Thanks to inverter technology, it offers higher energy efficiency compared to conventional machines.
- Since it features both vertical and horizontal welding modes (CC/CV), it supports not only the MIG/MAG method but also electrode, carbon arc cutting, and TIG welding.
- Spatter is minimized thanks to its advanced technology and electronically optimized inductance. It offers excellent welding characteristics for all methods.
- To facilitate the transition to synergic machines for welders accustomed to working with conventional gas-shielded machines, there are three different operating modes: Classic, Smart, and Synergic.
- In Synergic mode, the following values required for optimal welding parameters—wire type, wire diameter, gas type, and the thickness of the metal to be welded—as well as Soft Start, Pre-Gas, Post-Gas, and Burn-Back settings can be easily selected.
- A simplified user interface, featuring settings for the wire fed into the wire feeder—including wire type, wire diameter, and welding methods—ensures easy adaptation and use.
- There are 3 program memory slots.
- Thanks to the 4-reel wire feeding system with 4-step encoder motors, it provides excellent wire feeding even with long torches, enabling continuous welding without deformation, particularly with soft wires such as aluminum and cored wire.
- There are buttons for free wire feed and gas testing.
- You can select different welding programs via the trigger.
- ø300, ø270, and ø200 mm spools and all drum packaging can be used.
- There is a 24V AC power output for the CO2 heater.
- Thanks to its magNET-ready design, welding and environmental data are stored in real time. While some values can be read on the LCD panel on the front of the machine, other information (Overall Equipment Effectiveness—OEE, Welding Parameters—WP, Quality, etc.) is stored on the magNET platform and can be monitored or reported. - The welding current is not affected by power grid fluctuations or long cable connections.
- Thanks to the smart control of temperature and the fan (SmartFan), energy consumption is reduced and the machine’s lifespan is extended.
- It features large wheels and a gas cylinder platform for easy movement in the workshop and on-site.
