- Operates on 3-phase 400 V, 50/60 Hz utility voltage and generators. Tolerates voltage fluctuations of up to 15%.
- It provides excellent welding performance with all types of solid and cored wires.
- It features a CC/CV power source. This allows the operator to perform electrode and carbon cutting just as effectively as MIG/MAG welding.
- The Pulse feature enables spatter-free welding without deforming the materials.
- Thanks to its magNET-ready design, welding and environmental data are stored in real time.
- While some values can be read on the LED panel on the front of the machine, other information (Overall Equipment Effectiveness—OEE, Welding Parameters—WP, Quality, etc.) is stored and monitored on the magNET platform. (Optional)
- There are three setting modes (Synergic, Smart, Classic) that make welding with conventional equipment very easy for the operator.
- The Synergic feature allows the operator to select the wire type, wire diameter, gas type, and thickness required for optimal welding via the LED-illuminated panel inside the case.
- Trigger Mode (2/4), Soft Start (to initiate ignition without spatter), Pre-Gas, Post-Gas, and—for automation—Crater Filling, Back Burn Time (to prevent sticking), and Tungsten Electrode On/Off timing can be adjusted via the LCD panel.
- Welding voltage, welding current, and wire feed speed can be fine-tuned via a potentiometer according to the selected mode and monitored on the large digital display.
- The wire feed section features a 2-way button for Manual Wire Feed and Gas Flow Control.
- There is a separate wire feeding system for wire spools with diameters of 300, 270, and 200 mm, as well as a special cable inlet for wire drums.
- The four-wheeled, encoder-equipped wire feed system ensures reliable feeding with long torches and enables continuous welding without deforming soft wires, such as aluminum and flux-cored wire.
- The cable length between the wire feed unit and the machine is 5 m as standard, but can be extended up to 30 m upon request.
- The machine features an integrated gas cylinder platform and a 24V DC socket for the CO2 heater.
- Air-cooled models feature a spacious drawer where the welder can store materials instead of a water-cooling unit.
- The outer casing is made of steel and coated with electrostatic powder paint to ensure a long service life.
- It has an IP 21S protection rating.
- It is protected against missing phases and excessively high or low mains voltage.
- It is fan-cooled and features protection against overheating.
- Smart cooling ensures that rotating parts, such as the fan and pump motor, operate automatically based on their temperature levels. This function provides low noise levels, less dust accumulation inside the machine, energy savings, and reduced maintenance needs.
