- These machines are designed for 24/7 operation under harsh working conditions, such as steel construction sites, shipyards, and the manufacture of pressure vessels, longitudinal, or spiral pipes.
- Models are available with either a tractor or a fixed welding head.
- Welding voltage, wire feed speed (welding current), tractor speed, or the rotation speed of externally connectable positioners and crater fill settings are controlled via the control panel, and welding parameters are monitored via digital displays.
- The settings are not affected by changes in mains voltage or ambient temperature.
- Wire can be fed from spools up to 435 mm in diameter, as well as from drums and mesh packaging.
- The tractor can perform automatic welding by moving along the 1.8 m extension rails independently of the operator.
- In addition to submerged arc welding (SAW), slag welding (ESW), carbon arc cutting (CAC), and electrode welding (SMAW) can also be performed.
- The power source must be fan-cooled and equipped with thermal protection against overheating.
- A dust collection unit can be connected as an option.
- Standard accessories are included with the machine.
