DC Electrode Features: The arc control feature allows for proper adjustment of the arc characteristics for specific applications and electrodes. A soft start feature is available for 7018 or harder electrodes, while a stronger penetration feature is available for 6010.

Thanks to the hot start feature, the electrode ignites very easily at the start of welding, and electrode sticking is prevented during welding.

The Auto-Line feature ensures that welding performance and arc stability remain unaffected even during voltage fluctuations of 208–575 V in the mains supply.

Thanks to Wind Tunnel technology, electronic components and PC boards are protected from contaminants such as dust.

Thanks to Fan-On-Demand™ technology, the cooling system operates only when necessary, keeping energy consumption and noise to a minimum.

An external 120 V power supply is available for the water cooling system.

Up to 9 different parameters can be saved to the Program Memory for each process (DC TIG and DC Electrode). The parameters saved to memory are displayed after the last process.

Programmable startup parameters provide independent startup options depending on the process selection.

The HF feature ensures arc initiation without the tungsten electrode making contact.

With the automatic post-flow adjustment feature, the necessary adjustments for the final gas flow and current ramp at the end of welding are made automatically based on the amperage. This eliminates the need to readjust for different amperages. As a result, the tungsten electrode is protected, and crater formation at the end of welding is prevented.
