Protecting the privacy of visitors to the website (www.actkaynak.com), operated by ACT Kaynak as the data controller, is one of our organization’s core principles. This Cookie Policy (“KVKK”) explains to all our website visitors and users what types of cookies are used and under what conditions.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device or network server by the websites you visit via your computer or mobile device.
They are generally used to provide you with a personalized experience while you use the website you are visiting, to improve the services offered, and to enhance your experience; they can also contribute to ease of use while navigating a website. If you prefer not to use cookies, you can delete or block them through your browser settings. However, please note that this may affect your use of our website. Unless you change your cookie settings in your browser, we will assume that you consent to the use of cookies on this site.
Depending on their type, cookies on websites collect data related to your browsing and usage preferences on the device you use to visit the site. This data includes information about the pages you access, the services and products you view, your preferred language setting, and other preferences.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device or a network server by the websites you visit through your browser. These small text files, which contain your preferred language and other settings on the site, help us remember your preferences during your next visit and make improvements to our services to enhance your experience on the site. This allows you to enjoy a better and more personalized user experience on your next visit.
The primary purposes of using cookies on our website are listed below:
Session cookies ensure that the website functions properly during your visit. They are used for purposes such as ensuring the security and continuity of our websites and your visit. Session cookies are temporary; they are deleted when you close your browser and return to our site—they are not permanent.
These types of cookies are used to remember your preferences and are stored on your device via your browser. Persistent cookies remain stored even after you close your browser or restart your computer following a visit to our site. These cookies are kept in your browser’s subfolders until you delete them from your browser settings.
Certain types of persistent cookies may be used to provide you with personalized recommendations based on factors such as your purpose for using the website.
Thanks to persistent cookies, when you revisit our website using the same device, the system checks whether a cookie created by our Website exists on your device; if so, it recognizes that you have visited the site before, and the content to be displayed to you is determined accordingly, thereby providing you with a better service.
These are essential cookies required for the website you are visiting to function properly. The purpose of these cookies is to provide necessary services by ensuring the website operates correctly. For example, they allow you to access secure sections of the website, use its features, and navigate through it.
These cookies collect information about how the website is used, the frequency and number of visits, and show how visitors navigate the site. The purpose of using these cookies is to improve the site’s performance by optimizing its operation and identifying general trends. They do not contain data that could be used to identify visitors. For example, they show the number of error messages displayed or the most frequently visited pages.
These cookies remember the choices a visitor makes on the site so they are recognized on the next visit. The purpose of these cookies is to provide convenience to visitors. For example, they prevent a site user from having to re-enter their password on every page they visit.
They measure the effectiveness of ads shown to visitors and track how many times ads have been viewed. The purpose of these cookies is to serve ads tailored to visitors’ interests.
Similarly, they help identify visitors’ interests based on their browsing behavior and deliver relevant content. For example, they prevent an ad from being shown to a visitor again shortly after it was previously displayed.
To change your preferences regarding the use of cookies, or to block or delete cookies, simply adjust your browser settings.
Many browsers offer options to accept or reject cookies, accept only certain types of cookies, or receive a notification from the browser when a website requests to store cookies on your device.
You can also delete cookies that have previously been stored in your browser.
If you disable or reject cookies, you may need to manually adjust certain preferences, and some features and services on the website may not function properly because we will not be able to recognize or associate your account. You can change your browser settings by clicking the relevant link in the table below.
