The PATON ProTIG 200 welding unit is optimized for “TIG” gas-shielded arc welding using direct or alternating current (AC/DC) and for “MMA” manual metal arc welding with a direct-current-protected electrode. The “Professional” series is designed for users who demand a compact design and an optimal balance between portability and functionality at full rated current.
The best solution for DC and AC welding of a wide variety of materials: aluminum, aluminum alloys (TIG AC mode), steel parts and materials, non-ferrous metals, and copper alloys (TIG DC mode). The device can also be used for welding with coated electrodes (MMA mode). Additionally, the manufacturer has incorporated the RIV (SPOT) function into this device. The PATON ADI 200РАС inverter welding machine offers excellent non-contact arc stability, a steady and consistent electric arc, as well as high weld quality and ease of use. The unit features a protection module against supply voltages that are too low or too high. Thanks to the increased frequency of the input voltage supplying the transformer, the unit is several times lighter and smaller than other devices with similar characteristics and the same output parameters.
