PATON PRO TIG-315 AC/DC TIG WELDING MACHINE
Paton ProTIG 315 400V Welding Machine – Key Specifications
The PATON ProTIG 315 welding machine is optimized for TIG welding with a manual metal electrode using direct or alternating current (AC/DC) and for direct current (DC) MMA welding.
The “Professional” series is designed for consumers who demand an optimal balance between a compact design and portability and the functionality of a device capable of delivering full rated current.
The best solution for DC and AC welding of a wide variety of materials: aluminum, aluminum alloys (TIG AC mode), steel parts and materials, non-ferrous metals, and copper alloys (TIG DC mode). The machine can also be used for welding with coated electrodes (MMA mode). Additionally, the manufacturer has integrated the RIV (SPOT) function into the machine. PATON’s ProTIG 315 inverter welding machine offers excellent non-contact ignition, a stable and consistent arc, high weld quality, and ease of use. The unit is equipped with a low-voltage and overvoltage protection module. Thanks to the increased frequency of the input voltage supplied to the transformer, the unit is several times smaller; therefore, compared to other devices with similar features, it has the same output characteristics but is several times lighter and more compact.
The Paton ProTIG-315 TIG AC/DC welding machine is designed for:
– TIG AC/DC (alternating/direct current)
– MMA (direct current)
– RIV (rivet welding mode)
MAIN ADVANTAGES OF PATON EQUIPMENT:
Manufactured in Europe
Electronic thermal protection system to protect all heat-generating components against overheating.
Reliability thanks to IGBT technology
Ability to operate with long extension cords and a generator.
Pulse welding (PULSE function)
Improved arc stability
2T, 4T mode switching function, shielding gas purge function
The devices are equipped with overvoltage protection and an operational stabilization system that allows them to operate correctly within a voltage range of 320 to 440 V.
Twice the power consumption of traditional welders
Optimal fusion and precise bead shape regardless of welding position.
2-year manufacturer’s warranty for consumers and businesses
Superior craftsmanship is backed by a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty. The ProTIG series features a compact design and a range of innovative technological solutions to enhance equipment reliability. The drive’s reliability in dusty and humid environments has been enhanced by housing the electronic components in a separate compartment and impregnating them with a high-quality varnish.
