PATON PRO TIG-315 AC/DC Water-Cooled TIG Welding Machine
A 315-amp, digitally controlled AC/DC inverter argon welding unit, the Paton PROTIG-315, is designed for welding aluminum, aluminum alloys, and non-ferrous metals, as well as copper-containing materials; in DC welding mode, it is designed for welding steel and stainless steel materials. It can also be used for MMA manual arc welding. The welding unit provides reliable high-frequency arc striking, arc stability, high weld joint quality, and ease of use.
Key features:
The PROTIG-200 AC/DC welding unit is designed for argon arc welding (TIG) and manual metal arc welding (MMA) based on the following welding processes:
- TIG AC/DC (alternating current argon welding / direct current argon welding)
- Wide range of welding parameter adjustments (19 adjustable parameters)
- Ability to use both Contact (High-Frequency) and Non-Contact (Lift Feature) modes simultaneously
- Pulse mode and adjustable pulse frequency mode for MMA, DC, and AC welding processes
- Informative LCD display
- High-frequency injection unit
- Storage of up to 10 custom welding modes
- MMA (Direct Current Welding)
Thanks to its advanced electronic design and the increased voltage frequency at the input of the rectifier transformer, the weight and overall dimensions of the transformer are significantly lower compared to welding units with the same capacity.
Advantages:
- Contact and non-contact (with an integrated oscillator) arc starting
- Ability to provide a symmetrical welding current frequency in TIG AC welding mode.
- 2T/4T torch button operating mode selection
- Ability to operate continuously and at a constant nominal current with ease, thanks to the optimal duty cycle feature.
- The PATON PROTIG offers enhanced reliability when operating in dusty environments.
- Includes an electronic thermal protection module to protect all heat-generating components of the welding unit against overheating.
- All printed circuit boards in the welding unit, which feature high-quality electronic components, are coated with a double layer of high-quality varnish to ensure high reliability throughout the unit’s service life.
- Ability to adjust welding parameters easily and seamlessly.
Included accessories:
