PATON STANDARD 350-400V ELECTRODE WELDING MACHINE
DESCRIPTION
Paton Standard 350 – The Highest Quality and Efficiency in Welding
Use of IGBT Technology: Our welding machine uses state-of-the-art IGBT transistors, which ensure minimal electromagnetic interference and low power losses in the primary circuits. This enhances the power source’s efficiency and reliability.
Voltage Stabilization: Thanks to voltage stabilization, the machine can operate comfortably even with long extension cords and generator power. This eliminates voltage fluctuations that affect the welder’s regulation and operational stability. This feature contributes to a longer service life for the machine and improved operational safety.
IP33 protection: The welder’s housing prevents particles larger than 2.5 mm in diameter from entering the unit. It also provides protection against rain when water flows vertically or at a 60° angle to the vertical, which does not affect the unit’s operation.
Voltage Reduction System (VRD): This system is designed to shut off the power supply a few milliseconds after welding is completed. This function is also responsible for reducing the voltage on the coated electrode to a safe level.
Hot Start: Our welding machine ensures effective arc ignition even when using electrodes with low ignition potential. This minimizes the risk of material damage by increasing material penetration during the ignition phase. In addition, it actively prevents the formation of weld spatter during the welding process.
ARC POWER: This technology significantly improves arc stability during short-arc welding, ensuring consistent and high-quality welds. It also ensures the smooth and seamless transfer of molten metal droplets from the electrode to the weld pool, resulting in a smooth and flawless welding process.
ANTI-STICK: If the electrode sticks to the weld material, the device automatically reduces the welding current after 0.6–0.8 seconds. This facilitates the separation of the electrode from the material without the risk of accidental arc sticking, ensuring the operator’s safety and comfort.
Precise Amperage Control: Precise control of amperage during welding is the key to achieving a high-quality weld with optimal penetration and minimal defects. Our welding machine provides precise current control for a more reliable and consistent welding process.
Arc Ignition Stability: Stable arc ignition is crucial for a smooth start to the welding process and for ensuring an even weld pool. Optimized arc ignition stability improves the overall quality and appearance of the weld by reducing the risk of spatter, electrode sticking, or arc wandering.
The Paton Standard 350 is not just a welding machine—it is a tool that delivers reliability, performance, and precision in every type of welding application.
