Paton Standard TIG-270 Welding Machine
Paton StandardTIG-270 400V DC welding machine
The PATON StandardTIG-270 welding unit is optimized for TIG gas-inert arc welding (HF) using direct current, manual metal arc welding (MMA) with a covered electrode, and semi-automatic MIG/MAG arc welding (when used with an external power source). Each of the above methods allows for the use of pulsed current (PULSE function).
The “Standard” series is designed for consumers who need a compact unit offering an optimal balance between portability and functionality, with a full nominal current of 270A. The unit is also suitable for “MMA” welding with electrodes ranging from Ф1.6 mm to Ф6.0 mm and for semi-automatic “MIG/MAG” arc welding with solid wire ranging from Ф0.6 mm to Ф1.2 mm. The welder’s compact size makes it suitable for most tasks in the manufacturing sector (field work, workshop work, thin-sheet production, repair and maintenance, agriculture, etc. The use of an inverter block that provides frequencies in the kHz range significantly reduces the unit’s weight and dimensions by minimizing the size of the transformer in the power block.
KEY ADVANTAGES OF PATON™ DEVICES:
Manufactured in Europe
Electronic thermal protection system to safeguard all heat-generating components against overheating.
Reliability thanks to IGBT technology
Ability to operate with a generator as well as long extension cords.
Pulse welding (PULSE function)
Improved arc stability
2T, 4T mode switching function, shielding gas purge function
The devices are equipped with overvoltage protection and an operational stabilization system that ensures proper operation within a voltage range of 320 to 440 V.
Twice the power consumption of traditional welders
Optimal fusion and precise spot shape regardless of welding position.
3-year manufacturer’s warranty for consumers and businesses.
Superior craftsmanship is backed by a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty. Models in the ADI Standard series feature a compact design and a range of innovative technological solutions to enhance equipment reliability. The inverter’s reliability in dusty and humid environments has been enhanced by housing the electronic components in a separate compartment, and the electronic components have been impregnated with a high-quality varnish.
The low welding voltage function, which can be disabled during manual metal arc welding (MMA), allows the device to operate in hazardous environments. The unit is equipped with a protection module against abnormal supply voltage levels (overvoltage or voltage drops). PATON™ Standard welding machines are equipped with an operational stabilization system so they can be powered by a generator.
The kit includes:
