Vertical Lift Positioner Series

It was developed to position workpieces along the vertical axis and rotate them precisely on a rotary table during welding, assembly, and fixturing operations.

The system consists of a rigid main column, a carrier body that moves in a controlled manner along the column, and a rotary table attached to this body. This allows the workpiece not only to be rotated but also for the working height to be adjusted according to process requirements. It offers significant advantages in terms of operator access and robot workspace, particularly in applications involving parts of varying sizes and geometries.

Thanks to its high-rigidity welded steel construction, heavy-duty linear/vertical transport system, and industrial drive infrastructure, the series can be integrated into manual, semi-automatic, and robotic production lines.
