OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The primary operating principle is that the factory-supplied welding electrodes and submerged arc welding flux can be dried in two separate compartments within a single furnace, and that the quenching and aging processes can also be performed in a single furnace.
FUNCTION
Factory-fresh electrodes and submerged arc welding flux undergo a shock treatment process by being held for 2 hours at a temperature ranging from a minimum of 300°C to a maximum of 350°C prior to their first use. In the second stage, the furnace temperature is reduced to 130°C for aging, and the products are kept in the furnace until they are transferred to the application area. This furnace may be a suitable option for companies with high-volume operations that use two different welding methods.
After the products in the shock-hardening section are used up, new products must be placed in their place, and the cured products must be transported to the application points in insulated containers. The amount of cured welding powder used should be taken as needed,
