OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The primary operating principle involves subjecting the electrodes to a high-temperature shock treatment immediately upon leaving the factory and maintaining the electrodes’ temperature at a low level during the drying process.
FUNCTION
The factory-supplied electrodes will first undergo a heat shock treatment by being held at a temperature of 300°C for approximately 2 hours; afterward, the thermostat will be lowered to 130°C, and the electrodes will be left to rest. The rested electrodes will be placed in insulated containers and transported to the application site. Once all electrodes have been used, the same process will be repeated.
