OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The primary operating principle involves transporting the electrodes from the factory to the application sites after they have been dried in the main furnaces, and maintaining them at a specific temperature at the application site.
FUNCTION
The function is to ensure the safe transport of moisture-free electrodes—which have undergone a high-temperature shock treatment at 350°C and a holding phase at 130°C in heated ovens—to the application site, and to assist in maintaining the electrodes at the desired temperature level by manually adjusting the temperature between 60 and 200°C to maintain them at the desired temperature level. It is manufactured with a pull-type cart.
It can be used easily with all types of electrodes.
