OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The primary operating principle involves transporting the electrodes from the factory to the main furnaces for drying, then moving them to the application sites, and maintaining them at a specific temperature at the application site.
FUNCTION
The function is to ensure the safe transport of moisture-free electrodes—which have undergone high-temperature shock treatment at 350°C and aging at 130°C in heated ovens—to the application points, and to help maintain the electrodes at the desired temperature level by manually adjusting the temperature between 60 and 200°C to maintain them at the desired temperature level. It is manufactured with a pull-type cart.
It can be used easily with all types of electrodes.
