OPERATING PRINCIPLE
In standard furnaces, new electrodes cannot be installed until the shock treatment process is completely finished, and the aging process is applied to the shock-treated electrodes; only after the electrodes inside the furnace have been consumed can new products be processed. In this regard, the primary operating principle is the ability to perform two functions in the same furnace: the annealing function in one section and the aging function in the other.
FUNCTION
Electrodes leaving the factory must undergo the welding process based on the principle of being quenched in quenching furnaces at 300°C and then annealed by lowering the temperature to 130°C. This process cannot be performed very frequently in standard furnaces at high-volume facilities. This product features two separate compartments and two independent digital thermostats, enabling the quenching function in one compartment and the aging function in the other, making it a specialized solution for high-volume, high-capacity operations.
