OPERATING PRINCIPLE
The primary operating principle is that it enables the drying of factory-supplied welding electrodes and submerged arc welding flux to be performed in two separate compartments within a single furnace, while also allowing the quenching and aging processes to be carried out on the same furnace.
FUNCTION
Factory-new electrodes and submerged arc welding flux undergo a shock treatment process by being held for 2 hours at a temperature ranging from a minimum of 300°C to a maximum of 350°C prior to first use. In the second stage, for aging, the furnace temperature is reduced to 130°C, and the materials are kept in the furnace until they are transferred to the application area. This furnace may be a suitable option for companies with high-volume operations that use two distinct welding methods.
After the products in the shock-hardening section are used up, new products should be placed in their place, and the cured products should be transported to the application points in insulated containers. It is recommended to take and use only the amount of cured welding powder needed for each application.
